Q: How about the Products ? From the beginning, our factory's aim is to design and supply the products for home,health and beauty market. At present, according to the market's develop and demand, we specially produce a wide rang of nail beauty and health products. our main products are as below : Nail drill machine ,Nail gel uv lamp,,Nail gel LED lamp, Nail dust collector,Nail art table,Wax heater, Cosmetic nail cases, Nail brushes, UV toothbrush sterilizer, UV teat/Pacifier sterilizer etc. In new 2010, according to our customer's feedback and market direction, we are planning to enlarge our product line, our professional team are working hard in designing and producing more newest, pop, innovated products for our customers. Q: How about the Design & Development Team ? Our Design and Development Team includes two research and development engineers, three structural engineers, two electronics engineers and experts responsible for designing and producing the molds, planning and implementing the manufacturing and assembly process and decorating or labelling the products, if required, by silk-screening or spraying. Q: How About the OEM and ODM ? As we are original manufacturer in home,health and beauty market with many years' experience, we have a very strong and professional team in reseach,design and manufacture for our customers. that is, we can handle everything. our engineers can take an initial design concept all the way through the development process to the finished, manufactured product. we warmly welcome all the customers from domestic and oversea to cooperate with us to develop a splendid further business. Q: How about the Lead Time ? In fact,the lead time depends on your order quantity,as usual, the lead time is about 7-15 days upon we have received your payment and confirmed everything with you. however, it is negotiated if there is large order quantity. Q: How about Payment Way ? In fact, we can accept payment via TT,West Union and Paypal etc. As usual, for sample order or trial order, we recommend to dispatch to transfer payment by Paypal,West Union. it is much. However, for regular large order, we suggest to transfer payment via TT. it is much safer. Q: How about Samples ? Absolutely, if our customers request, samples are available to be offered in advance for trial or quality test before the regular order. but according to our company policy, our customers should be to bear the whole cost, that means, if our customer need us to offer the sample, they should pay for both the samples fee and shipping cost themselves. Q: How about the Manufacturing Warranty service ? According to our company policy, we promise to offer full one year manufacturing warranty service to all our customers who purchase products from our company. that means, if there is any problem or damage happened to the products you order from our factory within one year's service term. we guarantee to help solve the problem,or we would supply new products to compensate the damaged products after our serious confirmation between us. Q: How about the Shipping Way ? In fact, the shipping cost depends on your order quantity and the goods's total gross weight,as usual, we can dispatch the goods by three channels, they are express,air and sea. First of all, for sample order or small trial order, we recommend to deliver the goods by air or express. it is much quicker for you to get the goods. for example,if the total gross weight of your goods is within 100 kg. we recommend to dispatch by express (UPS,DHL,TNT etc) and air. And then, for large quantity order, we suggest to dispatch the goods by air or sea. it can help you to save a lot in shipping cost. so that it helps you to cut down the total import cost. for example, if the total gross weight of your goods is more than 150 kg. we advice to dispatch the goods by air or sea. Anyway, all depends on our customers yourself, we can handle everything according to your requestment. Customer satisfaction is our everlasting pursuit. |
